REVIVAL vs. ADDICTION is me using animation to stage a fight I think a lot of people know intimately — the tug-of-war between falling back into a habit and choosing to come alive again. Animation felt like the right medium because it lets me make that abstract internal battle literal and visible. I wanted it to land as hopeful rather than bleak: revival is named first for a reason.
