I Made 50 Album Arts
A self-directed creative-volume challenge in which I designed fifty distinct album covers, treating each as a complete miniature brand: a hook, a character or icon, a color world, and a typographic stamp. The covers lean into bold, saturated palettes and playful mascot-style artwork, grounded in deliberate visual research.

Reflection
Making fifty covers in a row forced me to stop preciously over-thinking and start treating cover art like a fast, expressive design system. I learned how much identity you can pack into a single square — a face, a color, three words of type — and how repetition sharpens taste faster than any single “perfect” piece could. Pulling references from across worlds, from Oliver Tree’s deliberately absurd styling to the precision of Olympic dressage, taught me that the energy of a cover often comes from contrast and confidence rather than realism.
