A riverside symphony
A gentle, calming short film — originally titled “The Bird Whisperer: A Riverside Symphony” — about feeding birds by the river. Made as a soothing, emotive observational piece for my Video Practices class at RISD in Fall 2023.

We Fed All the Birds is one of my quietest, most tender pieces — I set out to make something genuinely calming and emotive, a little riverside symphony of feeding birds. I changed the title from “The Bird Whisperer” to something with more punch, but the soul of it stayed gentle. It’s a film I’m honestly proud of, because it proves a short doesn’t need conflict to move someone; sometimes stillness and attention are enough.
